All prices are in euros per room and day including gourmet breakfast buffet, afternoon tea, exquisite 5 to 8-course menu every evening in our gourmet restaurant, service, VAT and local taxes.

The following services are included in our prices:

• Gourmet half board (exclusive breakfast buffet, daily afternoon tea, 5 to 8-course evening menu)
• Cocktail reception and gala dinner every Sunday
• A weekly original Austrian Heuriger Evening with live music (e.g. Jäger Trio) or Italian Evening and Fondue Evening
• Use of our spa area with swimming pool, sauna, steam bath and small fitness room
• DVD player and loan of DVDs from our extensive hotel videotheque
• The hotel’s own sports and leisure instructor (free participation in the wide-ranging programme)
• The hotel’s own certified ski and snowboard teacher (free participation in ski excursions, ski races etc.)
• High-speed internet access via WLAN (lobby / piano bar) and cable (rooms) throughout the entire hotel
• Notebook available for loan
• Constantly filled dishes of fresh fruit throughout the entire hotel
• Welcome fruit basket and Gugelhupf in the rooms
• Bathrobes and slippers in the rooms
• Comprehensive children’s programme during the school holidays
• Private cinema in the hotel
• Games room with billiards and table tennis
• Shoe-cleaning service
• Service and all taxes

Cancellation terms

Reservations may be cancelled without charge up to a minimum of three months before the confirmed date of arrival. If a reservation is cancelled at a later date the following cancellation charges will apply:

Up to 1 month before arrival date
40 % of the total cost of the booking arrangement

Up to 1 week before arrival date

70 % of the total cost of the booking arrangement

During the last week before arrival or in the case of “no show”

90 % of the total cost of the booking arrangement

Deposit

The room reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a down payment of 40 % of the total cost of the booking arrangement.
