• Shoe-cleaning service – Put your shoes in front of your door at night; the next morning they will shine like new!
• Assistance with packing and unpacking – Once you have entered the hotel, you needn’t lift a single finger! Our housekeeping staff will be pleased to unpack your luggage and to re-pack it carefully again when you leave.
• Newspaper service – Of course we shall be delighted to acquire your favourite newspapers, magazines and periodicals.
• Shuttle service – We can meet you at the airport or station in our hotel bus, or we can also arrange for limousine transfer through our partner taxi company.
• Valet parking – We shall be pleased to park your car for you and upon request to arrange for it to be cleaned inside and out.

• We shall be pleased to supply you with your ski pass directly at the hotel, saving your waiting times at the lift stations!

Private ski and snowboard teacher

• Every day our own certified ski and snowboard teacher is available to take you on ski excursions, tours and other winter sports activities. Participation in our wide-ranging programme is free of charge. Roman Dornauer knows the most picturesque descents, the best deep-snow slopes and the cosiest ski huts. With him you can enjoy delightful days skiing and snowboarding. Our varied leisure programme also includes paragliding and heli-skiing as well as romantic torchlight processions and exciting toboggan runs.

Service for our young guests

• During the school holidays we offer our young guests a comprehensive children’s programme (including children’s meals, table-tennis tournaments, ski races, painting competitions and children’s cinema).
• If you want to watch a film with friends or family, you can do so in our hotel cinema.
• We shall be pleased to arrange for a reliable local babysitter service to take care of your children for you.

A matter of course

• At reception you can obtain a free DVD player for use in your room, as well as a large selection of DVDs for hire.
• High-speed internet access is available free of charge via WLAN in the public areas (lobby / piano bar) and in the rooms via cable. We also have a notebook for the use of our guests, with which you can surf the internet free of charge.
• We shall be pleased to offer you a flower service through which you can order beautiful bouquets or arrangements according to your requirements.
• We offer 24-hour room service as a matter of course.
