Bernd Österle is your man. Assuming you want to do something to improve your physical condition. Our Mr. Universum Fitness looks after the guests at Thurnher’s Alpenhof personally and in addition to Pilates he also offers training units for body shaping, muscle development and back strengthening. If you want to improve your endurance, strengthen your body and become more flexible, upon request Bernd Österle will also draw up individual training plans which can easily be fitted into your daily routine.
